Grandparents

2017 - 2025

This body of work is an intimate documentation of my grandparents and the world they have built on this land. It is a quiet and honest look into the life they share, one shaped by the work of their hands and the home they have inhabited for decades.

I was driven by a desire to preserve what is both deeply personal and universally resonant: the story of a life lived with purpose, resilience, and an unspoken connection to place. These photographs explore the landscape of their home, from the gardens and workspaces to the intimate spaces within- the kitchen, the well-worn tools, the barn.

It is my archive of their story, and the quiet legacy they have cultivated in the soil and their home.
