Borrowed Time

Photography has always been my way of remembering, but with this project, it became my way of saying goodbye. My grandfather has been on hospice for over a year now, and I turned my lens towards him not to document him as a patient, but to preserve the man I have known my whole life.

This past year has been a road full of grace, learning, and deep connection. These images are my way of honoring his enduring strength.

Ultimately, this project is a visual archive of love. It is an attempt to freeze the fleeting moments of clarity, creating a testament to a life well-lived and the family left behind to carry his memory.
